In Taiwan, most plant-based ingredients used in health products rely heavily on imports. At Chloe Biotech, we utilize our proprietary localized patent technology to independently develop high-quality green plant extracts from locally sourced ingredients. These extracts are tailored for health supplement and cosmeceutical manufacturers (including formulation companies, ingredient suppliers, and traditional pharmaceutical factories) using a low-carbon production process.

Our mission is to promote self-sufficiency and domestic production of health and cosmeceutical raw materials in Taiwan. By collaborating with farmers and agricultural enterprises, we aim to expand cultivation areas, address imbalances in agricultural product supply and demand, and increase farmers’ incomes. Through these efforts, we strive to achieve the goal of domestically sourced and produced plant-based health ingredients, establishing a robust functional plant extract industry platform in Taiwan.
