How to Get Started With Us
1. Understanding Needs and Providing Information:
We begin by thoroughly understanding the client's specific requirements regarding formula, efficacy, texture, and Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ). We offer expert advice to ensure that the product direction aligns with the brand's positioning. Additionally, we engage in detailed discussions about future market positioning to tailor our approach for long-term success.
2. Product Planning and Project Meetings
We hold project meetings to define the direction of product development, discussing business strategies, distribution channels, and brand image design. A comprehensive marketing plan is created to ensure the product aligns with the brand's core values and vision.
3. Preliminary Quotation and Product Confirmation
Based on the client's provided requirements and specifications, our professional team will discuss and provide an initial product design and quotation. This includes preliminary confirmation of formula selection, bottle style, and packaging materials.
4. Product Sampling and Testing
Based on the client’s specific requirements, we will create the first product sample and conduct comprehensive stability and efficacy testing. After receiving the samples, the client will have up to three opportunities to request revisions, ensuring the product meets the final specifications.

6. Raw Material and Packaging Inspection
We conduct rigorous quality inspections on both the raw materials and packaging to ensure that all ingredients and packaging materials comply with national standards, regulations, and the client's specific requirements. This guarantees product safety and consistent quality.
7. Mass Production and Packaging Operations
After final sample and packaging approval, we schedule the mass production plan to ensure a smooth and organized production process. Simultaneously, packaging operations are carried out to ensure the product's appearance and protective qualities meet the required standards.
8. Product Quality Control and Inspection
We implement strict quality control measures, including random sampling and testing of finished products, as well as retaining samples for future reference. We monitor quality changes over the storage period to ensure that every batch of products consistently meets the established quality standards.
9. Product Shipment and Logistics Arrangement
After completing all quality inspections, we proceed with packaging and shipping arrangements according to the client’s requirements. We ensure that the products are delivered safely and on time, meeting market and sales demands.
